The adventure feels non-linear, with various options available in any given scenario, and the combat is natural to the choices our party makes.. “My group of friends have had the privilege of playing DnD with Nik as the DM for 5 or so sessions now. Initially, he stepped in to do a one-shot when we couldn’t do a game with our usual DM, but our experience with Nik was so positive that we chose to turn it into a campaign. Besides being very knowledgeable (but not arrogant in that knowledge) of DnD rules, he has a great sense of humour, a real interest in our characters (and creating specific events based on their backgrounds) and impressive skills with online tabletop platforms.  As  a novice group, we appreciate his patience and readiness to explain new concepts (or ones we’ve forgotten); we had many helpful and amusing chats outside the game when a new character evolution took my fancy.
